What is the minimum order for branded polo shirts?
There is no minimum order, however our Spring Essentials offer is based on 10 garments.
We’re happy to supply smaller or larger quantities depending on your requirements.
How long do branded polo orders take?
Our typical turnaround is 5–10 working days, depending on quantity and garment availability.
If you have a deadline, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
Can I mix sizes, colours and men's/ladies' fits in one order?
Yes - you can mix sizes, colours and garment styles within the same order.
We offer a wide range of options to ensure your team gets the right fit and look.
Do you help with logo setup and positioning?
Yes.
If your logo is new to us, we will prepare it for production and position it correctly on your garments.
For embroidery, this involves a process called digitising, which is included in your quote as a one-off setup cost.
What file formats do you need for my logo?
Vector files such as AI, EPS or high-resolution PDF give the best results. If you only have JPEG or PNG files, attach what you have and we'll advise on the next steps.
What is digitising?
Digitising is the process of converting your logo into a format that embroidery machines can read.
This allows your logo to be stitched accurately onto garments.
It is a one-off setup process, meaning once your logo has been digitised, it can be reused for future orders.
